Dubbed as the dupe for MAC strobe cream the Botanical Radiance Balm doesn’t disappoint. While it’s not an exact dupe it’s very similar and well worth the purchase for those looking for an affordable alternative to everyone’s favourite illuminater.
Minimises visible signs of fatigue and stress, leaving skin full of vitality.
Botanics All Bright Radiance Balm can help you to achieve that radiant glow, every day. It’s enriched with brightening Hibiscus which contains natural AHA’s (alpha hydroxyl acids) which act as mild exfoliators to help leave skin looking smoother and brighter.
The Botanics All Bright Radiance Balm provides skin with a subtle glow. For best results apply this silky balm over moisturised skin for a glowing base on its own, or as an excellent primer for foundation.
The Botanics Radiance Balm comes in a tube which is translucent meaning you can see how much you’ve left. I hate running out of a product and not being mentally prepared!! Who doesn’t?!
The packaging could be a little better because a lot tends to run out when you squeeze it out but this is literally the only fault I found. If it came with a pump it would be perfect.
The= Botanics Radiance Balm has the same texture as MACs strobe cream if you’r familiar with it. If not then you can expect a very loose cream, more loose than a moisturiser. A little goes a long way and you won’t use much product at all.
The Botanical Radiance Balm gives the skin a stunning golden glow. I apply it to the tops of my cheekbones and down the centre of the face to highlight these areas for countouring. You could even mix this in with your foundation for an all over dewy finish. If you use this alone it makes the skin look brighter and more healthy.
The Botanical Radiance Balm smells really fresh and feels really nice on the skin. I used this on a couple of people during my makeup course and they asked what it was because they wanted to buy it for these reasons. Any product that smells and feels fresh gets a big thumbs up from me.
This product doesn’t have chunks of glitter or chunks of shimmer which makes it the perfect illuminating balm. It’s a really nice product if you love a dewy glow.
I bought this in Boots for less than €8.49 and I will repurchase because you really couldn’t go wrong.
