Today I’ve a review and some say he’s of the the Revlon Colorburst lipsticks. These lipsticks have a huge colour selection and the even have different finishes. I love matte lipsticks so I naturally gravitated towards these. Here’s what I thought.
- Medium buildable velvety colour payoff
- Velvety matte finish
- Comfortable and moisturising – “balm like”
- Gliding and weightless/modern feel on lips
- On trend finishes
- Classic peppermint fragrance
- Triple Moisture Complex of Shea, Mango and Coconut Butter
- Moisturising polymers and light esters for comfort and hydration
The colour range and finish options in this range of lipsticks had to be spoken about. I love to have options and love to wear something new everyday.
I’m in love with a lot of the colours. So much so that u didn’t buy any for a long time because I couldn’t decide on the colour. The shade that I have is on the orange side which is a surprising choice for me but I love it.
The matte lipstick is light in texture and creamy which is rare for a matte lipstick. I didn’t find it to be drying at all which is also unusual.
The colour I have is bright and has a great colour pay off. The shade I have is 245 Audacious and it’s a great shade for spring/summer. Here’s a look at what it looks like on.
This doesn’t wear off quickly but it does come off when you eat or drink so they aren’t super long lasting. This isn’t a deal breaker because they don’t claim to be long lasting.
The only negative for me is that if your lips are dry or cracked these lipsticks emphasise that. So if your lips are dry best to pop a lip balm on first to avoid this.
I picked mine up at Priceline for $17.95. Click here for info
You can pic this up in Boots for 10.99. Click here for info
